Shipping & Returns

Local Delivery & Store Pickup - Palm Beach

We deliver to residences on Palm Beach Island free of charge.  Orders may also be picked up at our store at 336 Worth Avenue. When your order is ready, we will contact you.


Continental United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii

Our standard methods of shipping are UPS and FedEx.  Your shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping bag and will be displayed before checkout.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.


International Shipping

Please contact the store for international shipping rates.  We can ship your order anywhere in the world.   You are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with your order as well as all shipping fees.


Returns

We do everything we can to make your shopping experience a positive one. We want you to be thrilled with our products and the ease with which you can shop online. If, however, you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we will issue you a store credit (excluding shipping charges), for up to 30 days from the date of the shipment.


Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Special Order items and customized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for these items.


Damaged Merchandise

On the rare occasion that you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at 561.655.8288. We will make arrangements with the carrier for the pick-up of the damaged merchandise and delivery of its replacement.

Please do not discard the shipping box the merchandise was shipped in or its packing materials. The carrier will want to inspect them when he/she returns.
